How to audit a page with the AI SEO Analyzer

Most SEO advice is a list of everything that could possibly matter. That is not useful when you have one page and an hour.

The AI SEO Analyzer scores the page you actually have, lists the issues behind that score, and lets you re-run the check after a fix to confirm the number moved.

When to use this

  • A page ranks below where you expect and you want to know why before rewriting it.
  • You are about to publish a draft and want a readability and density check first.
  • You are choosing between two keywords and need volume and difficulty side by side.

Score a live page

  1. Run a URL analysis

Open the SEO Analyzer, stay on URL Analysis, paste the full address of the page including https, and run the check.

  2. Read the score with the issues, not on its own

The score is a summary; the issue list underneath is the actionable part. Work down it rather than chasing the number.

  3. Check the crawler's view of the page

Confirm the title, meta description, status code and load time are what you intended. A wrong title or a slow response explains more rankings problems than most content edits.

  4. Confirm the technical basics

HTTPS, mobile rendering, a reachable sitemap and a sane robots.txt all show in one card. Any red here outranks every content fix on your list.

Check a draft before it goes live

  1. Switch to Text Analysis

Paste the draft instead of a URL. You get word count, reading time, readability and keyword density without needing the page published first.

  2. Treat density as a ceiling, not a target

If your keyword is over-represented, cut instances rather than adding synonyms. Readers notice repetition long before a search engine penalises it.

  3. Act on the suggested edits

The report names specific sentences and structures to change. Apply the ones that also make the draft easier to read and ignore any that would make it worse.

Size up a keyword before committing

  1. Open the Keywords tab

Enter the term you are considering and read monthly volume, difficulty, CPC and competition together.

  2. Pick the variant you can realistically win

Scan the related terms. A lower-volume phrase you can rank for this quarter beats a high-volume one you cannot.

  3. Hand the chosen keyword to the writer

Take the term straight into the Article Wizard so the outline and headings are built around it from the start.
